About Tech Logix

Since our inception, Tech Logix has been dedicated to supporting the Ryan White program through IT consulting services, including CAREWare implementation and customization. Our team is well-versed in the complexities of this program, and we are committed to ensuring that the reporting process is streamlined, accurate, and efficient. We work closely with program staff to provide training and guidance on the use of CAREWare and the RSR Handbook. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients, so they can focus on providing the best possible care to their patients.
 

We specialize in monitoring RSR and ADR reporting requirements and keeping track of annual reports. Our expertise in data quality and standardization optimizes reporting efficiency, allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care. We also excel at customizing CAREWare to align with each program’s specific needs. We serve clients across various funding sources including Part A, EHE, MAI, B, C, and D.

  • I need help with.....
    If you need any help managing, setting up, using or customizing CAREWare, contact us by filling out the form on the website or emailing us at info@techlogixsystems.com. Otherwise, we put a document together that has a list of resources that may help you get where you need to go. Click the PDF below!
  • I am locked out of CAREWare...
    Depending on what features are activated in your CAREWare system, you may be able to use the built in password reset option. To use this option, after you account is locked out due to too many attempts, you can select to have a password reset code sent to your email. Then return to CAREWare and login normally. This will take you to a screen to enter the password reset code you just copied from your email. Enter the reset code in CAREWare and you will then be prompted to update your password. If you are still having issues or if your CAREWare system does not have the user password reset feature activated, contact your local CAREWare administrator for further assistance.
  • I am new to CAREWare. What Training is available?
    We offer onsite and remote training for CAREWare. We will train end-users, providers, CAREWare administrators, program staff and anyone who needs assistance or an overview of how to use CAREWare. We will cover specific aspects of CAREWare and do problem solving if you have a unique problem. We have you covered!
